How do I become a member?
1. Begin your application for a membership today by submitting the form below, and you will be contacted by a representative of the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors
2. Provide two home inspection references from a licensed realtor or broker and a copy of your home inspection report.
- Charter Members (1,000 or more inspections) – Includes all standard membership benefits, plus a prominent photo, bio, and website link on the IAHI website, permission to display the IAHI logo on your site, and the Idaho Certified Expert Inspector badge/patch.
- Members (experienced certified)- Provides all standard membership benefits, along with a photo, bio, and website link on the IAHI website, permission to display the IAHI logo on your site, and the Idaho Certified Expert Inspector badge/patch.
3. Arrange to take the IAHI proctored test. Message us below.
4. Once accepted, you will be required to pass a criminal background test and provide the results to the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors.
5. Obtain eKey access with BRR and provide a copy of E&O insurance (we will direct you).
Annual membership costs $499 per year plus a one-time fee of $150 to sit for the proctored IAHI test.
